Although the furnishings were a bit dated, the staff was so warm and helpful, and the location so convenient, that we had an excellent stay.

It's Alaska, so it's different. We live in Fairbanks and were meeting family that flew in from the lower 48 and were boarding a cruise. It was a turn-and-burn, one-night stay. The hotel room was super clean, bed was super comfy, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was close (walkable) to an IGA grocery store, a liquor store, and an Alaska State museum. Totally recommend!
