"Our stay at the Holiday Inn Sydney - Waterfront was excellent from start to finish. The location is perfect, right on the waterfront with beautiful views and easy access to everything in the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming. Staff were friendly, professional, and made the experience even better with their helpful attitude. Everything about our stay met or exceeded expectations."

"Shower was broken, hot and cold were backwards. Rust on the shower rail. The shower head and bathtub spout dispensed water simultaneously, regardless of the position of the spout stop."

"Restaurant wasn’t open Sunday. Had to leave hotel to find food Found that to be Inconvenience. "

"No shoes allowed from the front door throughout the hotel. So take some slippers!! The owner makes you feel like you are invading here space and makes you feel like her time is more important than the customers time. There are lots of rules and $100 potential fine if you make a sound or wear your shoes. The owner can be quite sarcastic . Lastly She was upset by the amount paid. I booked online so they set the price not me."

"We stayed for two nights after the ferry was cancelled. Clean rooms and good amenities. The rooms also had heat pumps which was great. The beds could use an upgrade and the bathroom could use a refresh. Decent value for the price we paid. Close to stores and the NL Ferry."
