"Brilliant hotel. It's the second time I have stayed there. Always a pleasure! The breakfast was amazing! Great mini bar. I did not have time to try the pool in the end, as I went to Vita Sol. Next time! The first receptionist was lovely, very welcoming. The second one was not so good, but all in all 10 out of 10. The hotel could do with a slight revamp as it's showing its age, worn carpets etc. But still a great hotel

She told me that it's weird because we should got an email which we didn't. Then it was worse. The only available room (apparently the rest of the rooms were under refurbishment) was on the ground floor, and all windows and the balcony were covered in thick bushes so there was no natural light whatsoever and as a result it was absolutely freezing, even though it was August! Originally i thought the a/c is broken but there is no a/c in the rooms. Only when we left the balcony door open for several hours, the room's temperature risen a bit. Apart from brrakfast, which was nice and tasty, there was no staff member on the premises at all so ot felt a little bit ghosty sonce we were the only guest staying jn the hotel. Won't be coming back"
