"Til tross for at vi hadde betalt på forhånd var hotellet overbooket da vi kom. Den lite hyggelige mannen i resepsjonen skaffet et annet hotell. Vi måtte "true" han til å kjøre oss dit. Rommet vi fikk var alt for lite for tre. (Vi hadde bestilt leilighet med to soverom). Etter telefonsamtaler med hygglige folk på hotels.com fikk vi etter hvert heldigvis et nytt rom på et flott hotell. Ferien ble derfor vellykket."
