Did not have room with balcony as booked for first night but offered mini bar/ prosecco service as apology - was available our second night but we chose not to move. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful.

The hotel had clearly been renovated, with modern fixtures and design. Breakfast was a great addition. The rooms were very noisy at night, with multiple doors “slamming” in the hallway throughout the late night and early morning. It seemed oddly loud for a hotel that didn’t seem that busy. Also, the hotel advertised a free airport shuttle. However, we had to ask twice to set it up and it ended up being a taxi that then up charged us for not having cash when we got to the airport. This property does not actually offer an airport shuttle and should better control the companies they work with. I would have just used uber.
