"I like quiet location and not too far from all the hustle and bustle. Well maintained facilities. Loved the room and amenities.
Although I’m not sure about the water bottle situation. I was asked where the water bottles were at checked out. They should post clear instructions about what they want guests to do about water bottles."

"Reserved and paid for a room with balcony and mountain view. Got a view of a back wall and no balcony instead. Was offered a more expensive river view room - but had to pay for it so i re booked. Didn't get a refund for the fake room. Feel cheated."
