"Nice and quiet place. Good value for money - as compared to much more expensive hotels in town. Friendly and helpful staff. Example: I was asked if I wanted my rental car washed, but I didn't feel that I needed that, so I said "no, thank you". A short time after the staff member was busy washing my car, and of course I paid him a few Kwacha. The morning I was about to leave, he again was washing my car (which didn't look dirty at all). If the guests don't have their own transport, it may...

"There were 3 cockroaches on bed when I opened the door. And a few more on the walls and toilet. We were told breakfast will start at 6:30. But yet, they started to serve it after 7:15 2 times during our 4 days stay. The reception said "the chef is late on his way". There was not even apologies. The wifi was there but in my room there was not signal. We were there for business, amd we cant work efficiently in that kind of environment. So we wanted to shorten our stay at this lodge, but...

"We arrived at the location to check in and the groundskeeper could not understand why we were there. We called the number listed and the owner didn’t k ow why we were there and said that he rpirperty wasn’t even listed on Expedia!!! BUT Expedia deducted the money from our account!!!! So we looked at a room that was open (which was the room we booked) and it was being used as the trash room!!! Stacked to the ceiling with debris and trash!!! It was the worst service and experience to date...

Top Kafue Hotel Reviews

Best Western Plus Paramount Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was a pleasure trip, so I was able to move around without any issues. The staff was great, the front desk guy Jack and the Manager from Turkey were easy to talk too. I spent my birthday here, and they were nice enough to have a cake for me. 10/10!!!"

Cargo88 Hotel

8/10 Good

"The stuff was amazing.(Visto) I booked this stay for a special and very dear to me person celebrating her birthday. I booked a room hope they would give them two beds but we’re only give one. I asked I could move them was told I would have to pay for the room they were in and the one they transfer them too. I advised it okay move them tomorrow to the family room and was charged an additional amount which was showing different on my end. I paid it did not hesitate. My mom is elderly and offered to pay all her bills was told no they won’t be able to bill me for that, so I sent her cash. Today I get an email saying pay her balance for her meals, I asked rheum what changed now and before when I asked you guys to bill me. ( feeling confused) I have stayed there before and was hoping for a good experience for her. Talking about the massage she got, tell me when customer get a massage do you only do the back and not the whole body? I actually regret booking the spa there. I thought it was a great idea but an epic fail. It’s a nice location and things can be done better. I wanted her day to be special."
