"Just returned from a fabulous trip to Oaga Art Resort. We've been to a few 5-star resorts in the Maldives. This place is very special. We loved the incredible staff and sense of community they bring to your stay. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed and a part of island life. What I thought would be hokey - a Maldivian welcome dance on arrival, etc. turned out to be a very authentic experience. I would turn right around and go back tomorrow! "1 area is not updated yet. We stayed to first 2 night a house without wifi and no update yet. Furniture was old and many items not in the house. When we got a transfer to the other side with the upgraded house everything was perfect Food and buffet is great, good staff. Recommend all-inclusive"

"Varu was exactly in its name, an Atmosphere experience! From the drum ceremony arrival to the birthday dinner on the dock gazebo to the food and the service. Impeccable! I celebrated my birthday at Varu and absolutely loved the experience. Abby, Zune and the entire crew were phenomenal. I made new friendships here. My only suggestions are more entertainment during the evenings. It's a little bit dead after 9pm during the weekdays. But we would absolutely recommend. Charcoal is worth every moment! Food might be the best we've ever had. Try the lamb skewers, Wagyu and Pork Belly. Phenomenal! My water villa was what dreams are made of! Will definitely be back. "

"I don't understand the people who give less than 4-star reviews to this holiday destination. They must be nitpickers who expect to have the conditions from One and Only Reethi Rah (the neighbouring island) at the prices from the Summer Island. Come on, you could stay there only one hour with the money you paid for two weeks at the Summer Island. All is more than reasonable at the Summer Island, I mean the location, the meals, the staff, snorkelling and diving opportunities. "

"Everything was perfect. We had amazing snorkelling all around the island, seeing turtles, rays, reef sharks and a gazillion beautiful reef fish with loads of lovely coral. The resort and spa were wonderful and the staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect."

Taj Coral Reef Resort & Spa Maldives – A Premium All Inclusive Resort

5/5 Excellent

"Great property. Clean , well maintained and contained/ easily walkable on small island. Spa was good. Occasional misses on food orders at restaurants (forgot to bring out one order for our party of 8 a few times but we were there at year end and resort was at capacity). Staff is helpful- food was quite good for 5 day stay. Many vegetarian options. Weather was good for 2 days then heavy rain and gusts so we stayed indoors but we were able to enjoy pool and snorkeling on first two days. Overall a great time- would have been better without the rain but can’t hold it against the resort and staff. Highly recommended!"
