"Gorgeous and friendly staff welcomed us on arrival, the rooms are a very comfortable size, super clean, easily worked for 3 adults. The whole place is beautifully furnished and presented so it's such an enjoyable place to stay. The hotel is an easy walk along the river into the busy part of town with pkenty of food options and shopping. Outside is a beautiful seating area on the river bank with tea, coffee, drinks, even some wines. The only negative is out of the control of the hotel, but there was a strong waste smell from the river. There are obviously some major civic works underway to fix the leaks and treat the water."

"Couldn't have asked for a better hotel close to the Grand Bazaar, shopping and transport. The staff are wonderful and welcoming and the rooftop breakfast is really special, with a great view and fantastic food. I really appreciated their commitment to sustainability with refillable water and recycling. Would definitely come back!"

"This hotel is easy walking distance to the main shops and transportation to Ani, as well as the Kars Castle and the train station. It also had surprisingly fast wifi, and a nice breakfast spread! The staff doesn't speak much (if any) English, and people were smoking in the main lobby (and rooms), but all in all I enjoyed my stay. "
