"We were given the wrong instructions to check into the suite were assigned. Had to wait for someone to come from off-site. No one at the apartment even though it was listed that they were there from 0900-1800. No hot water, when we asked they were surprised and offered us to let us shower in another unit, but could not wait and left."

"The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is excellent for visitors as it is near the bazar quarter(10 minutes walk) the coast (20 minute walking) an kültürpark and its museums (5 minutes). Metro is not far away either. The cons were the cleanliness of the hotel, which was far from satisfactory, and the fact that there is no parking, despite hotel’s claims that it has free parking. We had to leave our car in the streets near the hotel. "

"The stay was very good. I think they should work more on the cleaning services, because when we arrived we found our bed sheets dirty and we had to wait 1 day to be changed. Also they should hire people that speak english, because the staff speaks only turkish. "The hotel is okay, we stayed for two nights, room was noisy as is located next to busy road, breakfast really nice unfortunately they only servings it after 9am even it says breakfast hours between 7-10, when we asked if we can have it at 8am they told as the quickest can be 8:30 unfortunately that was to late for us, we have booked room for three 2 adults and 1 child but for me that room was double, there was no bed for our son just the sofa seater where he slept, I don't think that adult can...

"The location is near the train station Hilal it is very easy to catch it if you arrive to the airport just 8TRY per person rather than taking a taxi which will cost you around 160 TRY make sure to download maps.me and you will easily arrive... Mr Mehmet was very helpful explaining which places we can visit every day greeting us and taking care of our stay there... The best thing you can do is pay for the card which will allow you to go everywhere including Ferry to Bostanli etc... It's walkable...

Ich habe eine Zimmer die nach Zigaretten gestunken haben, Zimmer war schön . Toiletten Papier war nicht vorhanden und Toiletten waren nicht sauber . Nach meine Frage warum bieten den eine Zimmer die nicht vorhanden ist, sage die Rezeption das wäre schuld von Expedia. Leider die sprechen kein Englisch und unsere Kommunikation war mit Übersetzer."
