"The reception was insistent that we hadn't paid but we had already paid through Expedia. Even the receipt wasn't sufficient to convince them. After half an hour of phone calls and argument he let us pass. The toilet was broken and sprayed water out over the floor when it was flushed. The shower sprayed across the room. In the morning the room service nagged us before checkout."

"We booked this as it stated that there was a full kitchen available. However, much to our dismay, there were no utensils in the kitchen and the reception told us that the kitchen stove was not functioning due to no pipes available. That was a bit disappointing. Other than that, the stay was very comfortable. "
