"The experience was a mixed bag. While the restaurant closes at a reasonable time, the staff wasn't particularly welcoming to families. There were also some strange rules, like not allowing outside food, even though the selection of beverages seemed limited (with few coffee or water glasses available). "I travelling to Vizag for past 10year and most of time I stay in Novotel But this trip I found the property require upgrades Most of furniture is already fade in colour I book king bed and staff give me twin bed My previous trips staff more welcoming now I feel he not care whether you stay or not in the same booking I book room for my colleague also but staff give him smoking room even we always book non smoking room he can’t take smoke smell whole night he can’t sleep and next day request to change room I don’t know why he doing this mistake when you travel from overseas and reach hotel by 11.30pm you already exhausted and don’t want to change the room and staff responsibility must give room according to booking hope management consider this review and do changes accordingly "
