The hotel staff is helpful and accommodating. The rooms provide more than enough, and if there’s anything else I need, it is rather easy to get it given its location. The only issue is finding a convenient laundromat nearby. But if you need to wash your clothes, it should be easy as long as you set aside a morning to do so. For the average person, this hotel is something I would recommend.

I came back from my holiday, it was a great stay. Everything was walking distance from the hotel to time square. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great and organized. Check in & out was very smooth as well. I plan to come back.
