What an amazing property but even more importantly what a superamazing staff!! Ryan deserves all the credit. Her quick thinking kindness solved our issue so elegantly. This is indeed a VIP in all the senses. The fact that she is so likeablle made it even better!! Isiah from in room dining was great and easy to talk to. Chayan on check in made us feel like ohana! Incredible stay at the Four Seasons. I brought my mom here and the hotel was fantastic for a mother-daughter trip. Lots of things to do, comfortable room, beautiful ocean views. We saw a monk seal and whales off the shore. The hotel upgraded us since there was availability and we could use the property after our checkout through evening before our late flight (we used the spa facilities to shower). The spa was also excellent and you can use the facilities even without a treatment. They didn’t have a luau during low season but we went over to the rosewood hotel next door for their luau (every Wednesday). It was great. Overall highly recommend the Four Seasons!

Beautiful resort, wonderful staff, they make you feel like they know you and are incredibly quick and helpful. Room was modern and clean, all facilities very clean. Don’t miss doing reiki with Kyle at the spa!!

Once in a lifetime stay for us

Felt welcomed from the moment we checked in. The level and attentiveness of service was something I’ve never experienced. An amazing stay with an amazing staff. The resort was beautiful.

Room could use some renovation, bed end board was sharp and could easily run into and get injured. There was a opening in the wall in the closet room which was not closed visibly full of dust inside, reported to the house keeper and front desk, they never sent anyone to do anything about it. House keeping knocked on the door when we had do not disturb sign on and insisted to come in this was in the evening when we were packing to leave next morning. We have option to get turn in service or not by putting sign out. Room service came knocking on the door to pick up the tray when we did not call for one yet, we were still eating the breakfast. We did not feel safe to leave anything in the safe after first day when it did not operate and they sent a security to open it, how ever that security asked us what we keep inside the box, we're seniors. Persons at the front desk and the conceirge were not that much friendly and welcoming. For the amount the hotel charge, we were surprised how it changed when we stayed there once before. Ropm service food was excellent. Restaurant Elu was unfriendly and food is not that great.

Best hotel stay ever. Every thing we ate was incredible. The spa was incredible. The Beach and facilities incredible. There was nothing to improve. We can’t wait to return. It was the perfect trip!
