"When I arrived the lobby is noticably dirty. The place smells and there were trash bags in the hallway. I noticed dry yellow stains and hair on the toilet along with a dry chunk of a brown substance on the toilet. The second room was not better. The Manager seemed more insulted than concerned and refused to refund my money when I refused to acept the room. He also refused to put me in contact with his supervisor and refused to provide me with any cooperation to escalate my request for a refund. "
"Rented a one king size bed room. The room and bathroom were smaller than expected but clean and adequate for myself. The bed was comfortable. Didn’t have breakfast"
"Upon entry, I had to kick needles out of the way before my 4 year old picked them up. There were blood soaked rags laying about, cans of pop and random debris. There was a woman who pulled up in a taxi and was drunk and spitting as she was exiting. The place felt dark and didn’t feel inviting. The staff member at the front was not at all enthusiastic. We went to bed at 8pm and by 9pm a group was situated next door and they were loud and drinking until 2:45am. I called down to the desk to ask if they could tell them to turn it down… I was advised they would call the room.. nothing changed.
There was limited hot water… the breakfast was well put together and the staff member was pleasant and had a great vibe.
I would not recommend or be returning to this location. "
"We chose this hotel as it was mid-range price. The staff are awesome and helpful. It is always so nice to be met by people who are genuinely warm and caring.
The property itself is very tired, very dated. There is plenty of garbage around in the parking lot. It does not seem to have been cleaned up at any point recently. The carpet in the hallways is covered in pieces of garbage, it really needs a good vacuum.
The beds are EXCELLENT!! What they have replaced is great! Other than a comfy bed the room is lacking. The bathroom fixtures and walls and floor is very dated, chipped, in some places falling apart.
The buffet breakfast was a very pleasant surprise and the food was fresh and well attended.
It was a noisy hotel for our stay, noise continuing on until nearly 3am both inside and outside.
There is an authentic Mexican restaurant on the property. The food is spectacular!
If you don’t mind the noise, don’t mind the dirt, don’t mind the price you will have a good sleep."
