Breakfast was great, good variety. The room was clean, but we did not get a King room with a sofa bed. We got a double queen, which suited our needs, but I’m sure we were upcharged for the King room.

I cannot think of anything that I would think needs improvement. This hotel met all of my needs from excellent service to comfortable environment. I would definitely stay here again.

I stay here at least twice a month. The staff is polite and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The only issue from the last stay was that I didn't receive the room I paid for (I paid for the king w/ sofa so I could work) and got something different I made it work for this trip. I will stay here again.

Elevator bumpy! Shower does not drain. Water pressure is terrible. Hotel needs remodeled. Breakfast was good. Very disappointed with the Hilton brand on this stay! Key did not work. Had to have guest service let us in our room. Please make changes. Thank you!

We stopped for the night in the middle of a long drive. Dinner in South Bend, near the University of Notre Dame, then another half hour to our room. The hotel and its staff perfectly met our needs. It was clean, quiet and pretty well-maintained. Our bathroom showed some noticeable wear but the bedroom was great. We only met the front clerk in passing, but they came across as good people, helpful and professional.

Front desk wasnt as welcoming as could be. Didnt even say what room number, just handed over the key. She seemed irritated to be working. Elevator was a little on the squeaky side. Breakfast had many options. Would stay here again. Hopefully front desk will be friendlier

Hotel was dated. Room smelled musty/smoky. Small, slow elevators. Very small breakfast areas. We almost always have good experiences at Hampton Inn - this was not.
