"The place is situated close by all the relevant beaches, especially Hiriketiya and Nilwella beach. It is about 10-15 minutes to get to hiriketiya road where most of the shops/resturants are. "The property is wonderful with a great facilities!!! The villa was very clean, sofa bed was ready and the bed was very comfortable. AC or fan is in the rooms which is I founded very convenient. "A beautiful property with very attentive and considerate staff. The area itself was very quiet. If you are looking for somewhere with a lot of shops/restaurants in walking distance, this is not the property for you. But the quiet was a nice change of pace for 2 nights on our journey. "

"The manager and his staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is amazing with a nice restaurant the food was very good. We went to see the turtle in the evening in the nearby beach thank to the hint from the manager. "This hotel has basic amenities and it's proximity to the beach is wonderful. The service is exceptional and the people who work there are so wonderful. This is not a luxurious hotel by any means, but would I stay here again, yes I would. Basic comforts were provided, including a mosquito net over the bed and a mosquito repellant plug in (much needed for the third friend who didn't have a mosquito net over her single bed). We were upgraded to an ocean view room on a top floor (lots of stairs), so we spent the majority of the day at their beachside cafe called Happy Lab. We came in April, so waves a little high but we managed to enjoy our time in the water. We took a stroll in the evening to check out other nearby beachside restaurants and settled on dinner at The Twins. Everyone was accommodating and we had a lovely time."
