"We had a wonderful two-week stay and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The hotel is beautifully maintained, very clean, and in a great location for exploring the island.
One of the highlights of our stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly lovely, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our holiday. From the moment we arrived, we felt well looked after. Instead of a standard check-in, we were given a short tour of the property, a welcome drink, and a list of recommended places to visit around the island. It was such a thoughtful touch and really turned the check-in into an experience rather than just a formality.
Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and serviced to a high standard every day. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind.
The breakfast was always fresh, with generous portions and excellent quality ingredients. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to offer a little more variety for guests staying for longer periods, as after two weeks the selection became a bit repetitive. However, everything was consistently delicious and well prepared, so this certainly didn't take away from our overall experience.
We had a fantastic holiday and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini. A big thank you to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality and for making our stay so memorable!"
"Our recent stay at Skyfall Suites in Pyrgos was exceptional, largely thanks to the incredibly kind, approachable, and caring staff. From day one, they went above and beyond to provide delicious vegan breakfast options. A special thank you to Denise, Ina, and Chris for their hard work, attentive service, and warm welcomes every day.
The hotel is perfectly located, with easy access to local restaurants and excursions, and the staff shared fantastic recommendations and expert knowledge of Santorini. Our room was beautiful, featuring stunning stone walls, excellent air conditioning, and peaceful views that made every morning feel relaxing.
The gym deserves a special mention too. Being able to book it privately was a fantastic touch, allowing uninterrupted workouts. It is exceptionally well maintained, very well equipped, and offers breathtaking views of the island.
To make future stays even better, we’d love to see the gym and pool open for longer hours, a few more vegan breakfast options such as avocado, tofu, and vegan cheese, and a smoke-free outdoor policy, as secondhand smoke sometimes disrupted the peaceful atmosphere.
Overall, this is a magnificent hotel with outstanding hospitality, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini."
"This is a great little gem of a hotel. The property is extremely clean and well appointed for its boutique style. There’s a keen sense of beauty at every corner. The staff were also very cordial and attentive, both at the property and at the beach huts just across the street. The location is superb, with ample dining and shopping opportunities abound. The pool is also well maintained and the breakfast buffet was nice too. To accommodate a family of four, we would have liked a different solution than a cot bed in our family suite. The other bed being a platform style. The bedroom for the adults was very nice. The bathroom could stand to be refreshed somewhat. Outside of that, we completely enjoyed our time at the Crystal Blue and Kamari beach."
"Excellent hôtel, idéalement situé à quelques pas d’une promenade animée remplie de restaurants. L’établissement est très propre, le personnel extrêmement serviable et l’ambiance générale très agréable.
J’y retournerai sans hésitation."
