"We're just back from 8 days here. First of the staff particularly at reception are fantastic. As soon as you note a problem they get it fixed and are mostly apologetic over issues that happen. Unfortunately for anyone travelling with young children there are a few problems that could easily be avoided if staff reported broken or faulty items such a jagged broken children's table. Others are unavoidable like the towel rack that fell on my 1 year olds head whilst she was on the toilet. The children's pool is extremely slippery with multiple children and adults slipping over. Entertainment is somewhat lacking. Food great array of things particularly if you are not fussy. Vegetarian or vegan is not catered for - I had been told multiple times a dish was vegetarian with bacon or vegetarian with X or simply it is vegetarian no meat or fish to realise it had meat on. On that basis I would not recommend for anyone with an allergy either. Pool area is t cleaned during the day unless you are at the tables. Othe then that staff are helpful and quick to resolve issues. Hotel seems that it was once great but is starting to need repairs/ replacements. One of the few hotels where the road doest lead directly to the pool or exposed part of hotel. Great for travel around the island with bus stop right outside and reception will give a timetable of busses upon request."

"Celebrating a milestone wedding anniversary, my wife and I stayed in one of the nicest rooms; the SeaPine Flow Suite. We wanted something a bit special for our anniversary and the venue certainly didn’t disappoint. The room was amazing; an enormous open plan space with a super-king sized bed, sofa, two TVs and a wonderful shower, along with a large private pool and sizeable outdoor patio space. We knew from the moment we arrived we knew we’d picked well. Everyone was most welcoming and couldn’t do more for us. Being the largest room must’ve conferred a bit of special attention as everyone seemed to know who we were before we gave our room number for anything. Or perhaps they were all just very welcoming with great memories, but either way, it made us feel very special and well looked after. Special thanks staff; Vasilis and Fereniki - who were both super welcoming and chatty, greeting us with a smile and a cheery “Kalimera” every day at breakfast. In the bar - Elisabeth during the day and Savvas in the evenings, both very attentive with Elisabeth teaching us some Greek phrases and Savvas ferrying a never ending stream of different cocktails each night. Thank you both. It was lovely to be greeted by the hotel manager, Georgios, one night after dinner. And finally at the Meditteraneo restaurant - Ali was a lovely gentleman, wishing us many happy returns on our wedding anniversary itself and was polite and attentive, looking after us for a couple of nights."

"We have had a lovely time. The hotel is beautiful and staff are lovely. However for a 5 star resort - there were some small issues that’s shouldn’t be there. We were here for a long weekend and probably wouldn’t return. The bars are not fully stocked - as I am pregnant I asked for alcohol free and at each bar they had to run to another location to get them. On a couple of occasions my partner had had 2 drinks before my one. (Small problem). The Italian is located outside so a little windy, so bring a jumper for the evenings. They also give blankets, however these were also taken for people at the pool bar, so again they ran out. (Small problem). One of the days it was cold and windy so people naturally used the spa, they ran out of towels, so again another wait for towels. Also not enough sun beds, plenty of room but little sun beds out. Our room key didn’t work on 2 different occasions so back to reception to sort. They said it was due to being near a phone, but we kept it in the bag each time away from phones. Pools are freezing, including swims ups! No one was in any of them. We were lucky and managed to get reservations in all the restaurants. Lovely food and staff again are lovely. Our last night, we believe they forgot about our mains as we waited over an hour between starter and main. A visit to the snack bar for a burger, we were told beef burger had finished, with an hour and half still of opening time. Overall small problems, would expect better. "

"We have just come back from a truly amazing experience from all the team at Casa Cook! Anyone thinking of booking, we couldn’t recommend it enough- book!! You will not be disappointed, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, an amazing selection at breakfast and dinner. Wish we stayed longer to try more of the food available. Five star experience at dinner from all the staff. Stunning surroundings within the complex. We were lucky enough to be surprised with being upgraded to one of the best villas. Never experienced this before and wondered what the catch was, but no catch. We really appreciated this wonderful gesture! We are already planning on returning, when we were there, a few other people were returning guests, which speaks volumes. Thank you so much to everyone at Casa Cook for being a part of making our beautiful holiday memories x"

"I have to admit I was not happy with my room. It was dated, with a non-working shower and full of insects, especially after it went dark. However, I cannot but admit that the people managing the property (a family of four plus staff) went out of their way to make this a memorable stay. They were incredibly hospitable and their engaging personalities ended up making this a memorable experience; one that would make me consider returning in the future; albeit in a different room (hopefully). There is a small menu available to residents of the hotel. Do try it. The prices are incredibly competitive and you will enjoy dishes representative of local and Greek cuisine, offered at generous portions and great taste. "

"Had a great stay. Maria is very helpful always ready when we complain about the ants in our room and Rafiq always had the smile every time we dropped by, telling us which bus ride and places to visit. "

"Would highly recommend this hotel! We went in October and having the private jacuzzi outside the hotel room was so enjoyable. The interiors of the hotel and the rooms are outstanding. While the rooms are not overly large, there are laid out in a way that make the most of the space. Lots of room for us to have our cases out and a stunning aesthetic. We loved the room! Breakfast… The way it was presented, along with the variety of fresh produce was exceptional. The pool is stunning, but you had to be very organised to secure a cabana in the sun. Pool menu was a tiny bit pricey but of a very high standard so most definitely worth it if you don’t want to venture out for food. The reception staff were very friendly and kindly let us stay by the pool after we had checked out on our final day. The hotel is situated only a few minutes walk from all the action, restaurants, bars, karaoke, tattoos - you name it. But the hotel itself was an oasis! Very quiet. You would have no idea all that is on your doorstep. Do not hesitate to stay at this hotel! "
