"Staff on check in was awesome! Great to have a full kitchen! The washing machine did the job great, clothes dryer was... weirdly bad. Clothes were in it for about 2 hrs and still wet. Did some investigative googling, and turns out it was a heat pump operated dryer. And they typically take over 4 hrs to dry. We ended up hanging our clothes out on the line outside and they were done in no time - we probably should have done that from the get-go."

"Super cute place once I found it. The tools are located above a tiny grocery store and I hadn’t realized that. Don’t let the store deter you from booking. I arrived around 8, it was closed. Parking lot of 4-6 spaces were empty. All good, very quiet and peaceful. Very nice area right by the water. The only reason I’m giving this a 4 out of 5 is that there was NO ONE else booked in the entire place and I did not have a room facing the water? Had I, I would have had a stunning view of the water and sunset probably. I had to go in the kitchen area to watch the sunset."

"Very friendly hotel. Lovely Scottish lady carried our bags upstairs and made us drinks with chocolates when we came in after dinner. Cosy room and best beds ever!!! Bathroom cold and a bit old fashioned looking. Needs renovating. We ate at Sauda in the town as the restaurant wasn’t open. It was very nice. Good breakfast. Lots of parking."
