"I travel frequently for work and have stayed in countless hotels, but this was hands down the worst guest experience I’ve ever had. From the outset, the service was shockingly poor. Staff were consistently rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. My infant was often woken up in the mornings because the housekeeping staff would be shouting and laughing in the corridors could be heard inside the rooms loudly through closed doors. "I took this hotel to meet with my two school friends from Muvattupuzha for a maximum of two hours evening time. Hotel was nearly empty. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent.. I checked in at 5pm and vacated at 7pm. Took another hotel Kabani , with much more facilities and wonderful staff and paid less money. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.

"The hotel is not worth it they don’t have a proper Resturant the food menu is very very limited , No hot water in the washroom in two night and three days having a shower with hot water is a dream , the air conditioning is like it only worked for one day rest no AC you tell the staff though it was helpful but they could not get the AC dined we were a group and jade about 8 rooms booked all had similar issues , staff is good but the hotel is not worth ₹ 5,200 which I paid. Avoid this hotel. "
