"Would definitely recommend staying at St George’s apartments.
We arrived late on our first night and had nowhere to go for dinner, however, the host was kind enough to bring us some food to cook"

"We stayed at apartment 7 for 6 nights and received a warm welcome from the host. She showed us our room, explained a few things and told us where to knock if we needed anything. The apartment was clean and tidy and had a lot of room. We used the sandwich maker that was in the kitchen to make our breakfast every morning and walked about 5 minutes to the beach. There is also a beautiful rooftop where you can sit really comfortably and watch the sunset. The parking is directly in front of the...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Al Mare. Spacious, clean rooms and a lovely selection at breakfast.
Our only negative would be that the property was tricky to find as the property shares its name with another accommodation in Becici. This might become trickier still as there is a lot of building work going on around the hotel which will hem it in further and may be hard to locate if you are not familiar with the area. However, this is not the hotel’s fault and, once we had arrived, we...

"We had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel but a few things I would not to fellow travellers;
There are only 12 sun beds round the outdoor pool and towels are placed on these to reserve from early morning
Car parking is chargeable
Air conditioning is poor and does not cool the rooms down very well
Beach/Pool towels are only allowed once per day and this is strictly followed, you will be quizzed as to if you have already have towels if you request them later in the day
There is a strict policy of no outdoor food and drink in the hotel - I think it is unreasonable to not be allowed to bring soft drinks back to the room in hot weather
The restaurant serving evening meals it’s next to the outdoor pool, you could be trying to eat your evening meal whilst children are playing, jumping and screaming in the pool - this was as late as 8/9pm
None of the above will ruin your stay - but some stop the experience from being relaxing and easy. The experience could be improved without such strict rules."
"We were travelling with family and were upgraded to a Junior Suite - very much appreciated. Everything was wonderful, the staff friendly and the property very well maintained. The only slight problem we encountered was with the rooftop restaurant which seemed to be understaffed and overwhelmed by a party of 6 and items on the menu were unavailable. Possibly better for drinks. That being said the room service menu was fine and arrived quickly. Would definitely stay there again"
"Great locatio, just a block or so from the sea. Friendly & helpful staff. Cozy indoor/outdoor restaurant at ground floor and beautiful breakfast space on the rooftop."
"Beautiful resort, visited early August during high season and it never felt crowded. Resort had plenty of sun chairs and we never had an issue to find four for our family no matter the time of day. Breakfast buffet was excellent and had lots of choices. Really enjoyed the restaurant by the adult pool (forgot the name), spectacular spot to watch the sunset. Staff were very friendly and prepared lunch bags for us the day of departure which was so sweet!
Was very pleased to see that the “zoo” mentioned in previous reviews was empty. We walked around the whole resort and some areas could use attention, like the beach volleyball court. Tried the outdoor gym one morning, although the most amazing view, was way too hot for me to workout since outdoors and no fans. Overall an amazing stay!"
"Customer service was very hit and miss. While some staff were friendly and professional, others seemed uninterested, often offering no greeting or smile.
The complimentary boat service to the port was poorly managed. We arrived at 6:50 pm, within the advertised 6:00-7:00 pm operating hours, but the boat had already left. The next day, we arrived before 6:00 pm and it was already full. 2 friends of the skipper pushed their way to the front and jumped on the boat so we ended up squeezing onto an overcrowded boat for the 10-minute trip.
It was also disappointing that hotel guests had to pay for basic sunbeds, as the free ones were usually taken.
Reception arranged a private taxi that cost €45 for a 20-minute journey into town. The next day, I specifically requested a metered taxi for the same trip and it cost only €25. A more transparent approach would have been appreciated.
Breakfast was below average, with dried-out food, overripe fruit, and unhelpful staff making even a hot drink difficult to order.
Overall, the hotel has some positives, but inconsistent service, poor communication, extra charges, and disappointing breakfast quality detracted from the experience."
