"Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. Well... was expecting more...

"War allesamt super. Kann ich jedem empfehlen.
Was man bedenken musst, für den Parkplatz muss man gesondert bezahlen 40 złotych für 1 Tag (Mo - Fr) während der Haupturlaubszeit.
Sonst kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen. Strand ca. 25 Minuten, Fähre (gratis) 1 Minute, Supermarkt 3 Minuten. "

"Vi fik alle oplysninger på mail. Der var enkelte fejl i oplysningerne, men de blev rettet.
Der var koldt vand i bruseren, men dette blev ligeledes rettet op på.
Lejlighed slidt, men meget fin oplevelse af rengøring, rene senge mm indenfor, udenfor var der påbegyndt renovering.
Dejlig placering, nemt til alting.
Sun and snow meget behjælpelige, vi kommer gerne igen."

"Nicht gefallen hat nur, dass wir einzig einen Topf und zu wenig Besteck hatten. Außerdem war eine Matratze total durchgelegen. Ansonsten war alles super und wir würden gerne nächstes Jahr oder danach wiederkommen."

"Sauberkeit war top. Entäuschend das Büro. Meine Kaution soll einbehalten werden weil ich den Schlüssel nicht abgegeben habe. Ich habe einen Code von dem Büro bekommen. Wir sind einen tag früher abgereist. Ich habe den Schlüssel deshalb in den Tresor gelegt neben dem Büro. Trotzdem haben sie den Schlüssel angeblich nicht bekommen und ich soll für den Schlössertausch zahlen. Ganz toll.. sun & Snow nie wieder....."

"Nytt of flott leilighetshotel. Velsig rent når vi ankom, ingen rengjøring underveis i oppholdet på 6 dager. Trenger du nye håndduker koster det ca 45 EUR ekstra for 4 personer. Sengene var noe harde for oss nordmenn. Totalt sett meget flott sted med hyggelig personale i resepsjonen. Resepsjonen ringte på innsjekkingsdag for å avklare innsjekkingstidspunkt, og la ut nøkkel i nøkkelboks da vi ankom sent på kvelden. The location is comfortable as it is located not far from the ferry station, there are 2 supermarkets right near the building and the main beach is in a 15-minute walk distance. Also all necessary facilities were included and all of them were in a good condition: washing machine, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, full set of kitchenware. "Very nice apartment with outdoor patio. Our unit was on the bottom floor. Location is outstanding. Nearby restaurants were amazing. Beach was beautiful. Highly recommend this location. Only downside is the bedroom. It's a loft which is very nice but low ceiling. Maybe 4 ft. The tight circular staircase could be difficult for seniors. I would suggest another unit."

Nice spa hotel with good breakfast.
"Most of the elements of our stay were great. The room was quite nice, with great wi-fi, TV, etc. It had a fridge, though a small one. The batroom as nice and clean. We had a nice balcony with chairs, facing the wooded area. Cafes and restaurants were quite nice. The buffet breakfast was really great. The spa area were nice as well. "
