the room was clean, and the staff were very friendly both on checking in and checking out. the hotel is in a very good spot with several amenities in walking distance and the pool is wonderful. this is our third time staying, and we won’t stay anywhere else in kamloops.

Amazing Stay & Exceptional Hospitality! I had such a wonderful experience at Accent Inns Kamloops! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything about my stay was fantastic! What truly made this experience special was the kindness shown even after I checked out. I accidentally left an item behind, and when I reached out, the team went above and beyond to retrieve it and mail it back to me. To my surprise, they even included adorable stickers and the cutest little rubber ducky! 🐥💛 It’s those thoughtful little gestures that make a lasting impression. I genuinely appreciate the care, kindness, and effort the team put into making my experience so memorable. Thank you, Accent Inns Kamloops, for going above and beyond! Outstanding hospitality from beginning to end. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Check in was quick and hassle-free. Room was clean and easily large enough for the two queen beds and the remainder of the furnishings. Refrigerator worked and was not too noisy. We had the quiet side and that was very much appreciated. Easy walking distance or very short drive to a large grocery store and a wide variety of restaurants.
