The room itself was quite good and the staff on hand were polite and helpful.
This rating is based on the fact that I had made a reservation online. But when I arrived at the hotel there was no record of my payment or room in my name.
This matter took well over an hour to resolve. I was also informed by the staff that I had been overcharged for the room. Even though I was promised the issue would be resolved before I left, nothing was done.
I would have left the first night but I had already been charged for two nights and wasn’t convinced anything would be done to resolve the matter. This seems to be the case.
DO NOT RESERVE IN ADVANCE! It is a scam.
