Room was okay. Clean bed but quite old amenities overall. Good for one night. Hot water and strong water pressure (which is rare to have both even in way better hotels). One things though, the toilet flush would overflow every time I’d flush. This would need to be fixed cause even if the water was clean, it is a bit disturbing.

The room was very nice and big. We had the room on the front with the bay window. The room was clean but in the bathroom were a bunch of hairs on the ground. Nice warm water in the shower. People at the desk are very friendly. Easy to walk to the centre.

In die Jahre kommendes Hotel , aber Zimmer und Bad sauber. Betten gut, Matratze nicht durchgelegen, Bettwäsche sauber. Jeden Tag neues großes Badetuch und Flasche Wasser. Warmwasser und AC funktionierte einwandfrei. Freundliches Personal.

Not bad cheap hotel

I Stayed here 2 nights in total. It's cheap and can pay 12usd cash a night for cheaper deal. The staff were helpful enough although big language barrier. Rooms clean enough and wifi was good and showers hot. Location is good too. I'd go back!

Was about as expected. Listed that they had laundry services but then when I asked about it, they said it was not for guest use. Also when I got there they said they were full. I told them I had made a reservation online and so then they showed me to my room, without any attempt to confirm that I truly had made a reservation. Not sure if it was the language barrier (even though I did speak Cambodian to the staff so they should have known I could have communicated with them to some degree). But considering the price, I would still go through it again.

Prima hotel in een plaats die weinig toeristsch is

Allereerst. De naam op de website is niet geheel correct. De goefe naam is. Phak Chouk Tep hotel. Uitstekend hotel met en staf die totaal geen Engels spreekt. Zelf good morning wordt niet begrepen. Wel door de schoonmaakster. Vreemde ontvangst. Kennelijk was men niet op de hoogte van onze komst. Geen inschrijving en paspoort controle. Na 2 dagen eindelijk contact via ren mobiel.met iemand die een beetje Engels sprak. Toen inschrijving en paspoort controle. Een dag later weer een probleem Loste zich op. Kennelijk zijn emails in het Engels niet aan ze besteed. Kwam allemaal goed maar maakt een vreemde indruk. Zoals gezegd wel een prima hotel op loopafstand van centrum en boulevard.
