It is groups of rooms managed by single individuals that you deal with on a web site the Chinese WeChat, or What Apps during your stay. Very impersonal and unfriendly. A security deposit is required by a very unprofessional individual that is the essence of being unprofessional actually overbearing and threatening. The communication and check in process was very smooth even though we were checking in past midnight. The unit itself was spacious, excellent view of the Petronas twin towers, and had all the ammeneties a family could ask for including a beautiful roof top pool.
