"Very good excellent. From room service to the kitchen every one was brilliant and the service given was unbelievable it was like personal service. Chef Arif what a chef. Always eveready for any help and explanation on every recipe on the table. Lounge supervisor Hana what a person was always available for any help. At the front desk mr Mohammad what a gentleman help us in every way and also his colleague mr shafiek what a gentleman. All this people named and also some of them which I don’t know their names were excellent. All of them went way beyond their way to give us an excellent stay. If I can give 100 stars that will still not enough. Loved it."

"Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and hawker stores. Basic but very clean room, friendly staff, availability of free car parks at the hotel ground. Great street view and mountain views in the distance. Several beaches and shopping malls are within 3 to 6 km drive away from Greenlast Hotel. Overall satisfactory and comfortable stay for budget conscious travellers. Value for money! Will stay in this hotel again."

"Wanted to flag that the toilet really needs a proper cleaning. It’s not okay to see crusty buildup in the sink, toilet bowl, and around the edges. The pools are dirty too, everything needs a thorough clean. Check-in was smooth, the surroundings were lovely, and the beach was absolutely amazing."
