The frontdesk staff especially Selvam was very accomodating and also generous with the bottled water giveaways. The room was clean and the AC was freeeeezing just like a Proton Automobile.
Don't expect 5 star facilities as this is obviously a budget hotel and you'll be fine.
The bathroom could use a tune up as some of the equipment inside were reaching their end-of-life.
Would come back again.

Room was clean, beds comfortable and aircon excellent But unable to get Wi-Fi in room and nowhere comfortable to sit except on the bed. Pool lovely but no sun loungers. Hotel policy of NOT providing any slippers was although floor appears dirty from shoe wearing staff was the main drawback of staying in this property. Staff attentive but management reluctance to guests request are disturbing
