Hotel is located at the non high end part of Bukit Bintang which you would appreciate if you are into bustling night life and crowds. Staff are consistently friendly all the time and the rooms are large and modern.
Would stay here again the next time I am at KL.

"Incase you need to call the hotel, get more contacts such as WhatsApp and land line. I tried to contact the hotel on a particular day when I'm out, call, WhatsApp, email and call duty manager for 3hrs no one answer and reply until after 3hrs each of them starts to call back."
