"Checked in was very smooth, "Yaya" from the checked in counter was very helpful and she even call the room to check is everything ok. Breakfast spread was superb. The only setback was the pillow for my 4 nights stay, to soft, maybe hotel can invest for a better pillow, a bit firm should be nice."

"- Friendly and helpful staffs (Reception and housekeeping). - Not sure whether my booking was entitled for breakfast or not. During checked-in i was told that include breakfast but our room was not in the list at the restaurant. - Very near to Kayu Original Nasi Kandar (walking distance). - Room is very big, spacious and clean. Suitable for family of 5 with children. Exceed my expectation. "
