"Amazing - no other words needed! A two night stay in one of the tree houses - had the camp to ourselves , which was perfect. Staff were fabulous and went out of their way to ensure our meals were varied both in location and food . Excellent on both counts . Wild elephant encounter on our way in, had to reroute on the way out due to ele on the road (? Same guy?) . But a great detour . Just chilled in the fish spa and ate lots. "

"Everything went wrong from that very start. I had no reservation booked in my name. I was offered a room, i was the only one there and felt uncomfortable. I went to check in the next day, but was told they were booked out. Then I was told that another booking was made at another hotel. And when I arrived the new hotel was not aware.
