Nice cosy hotel
"Nice hotel. Just beside the cable car station. While the walk to the hotel from train station was long, it brings you across a very nice field full of small flowers. So it was enjoyable. The only not so good thing was that the hotel was under renovation and have no lift to upper level."

"This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Kandersteg is a very attractive village, of a nice size - not overwhelmed with tour buses. It is a good base for walking, using local buses and cable cars. Travelling further afield by train is another option, but surprisingly expensive.
