"1. Parking lot was not well designed. No visible signs in parking lot to find empty places to stop the car, and no visible sign in the parking lot to find the access way to the elevator or to the lobby or to the rooms. No personnel was seen in the parking lot to assist the new comer. No exit sign in the parking lot was seen. 2. Housekeeping was strange. A) During the housekeeping time, they have collected used towels without replacing with new towels. B) Also they have collected the tooth kit from the room without replacing. Both mistakes in the same day!!"

"After an unplanned delay in Turkey, we chose to come to Sile whilst we waited for our visas. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Considering that we arrived at 6am, they went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and got our room ready at 9.30am. The rooms were perfect and very clean and comfortable.An unexpected but delightful stay. A nice alternative to the busyness of Istanbul and only 1 hr form the airport Thank you "

"Çok kötü bir deneyimdi. 10. katta bir odada kalıyorduk. Dinlenmeye gittiğimiz otelde dinlenemedik. 11. katta rooftop bar bulunmaktaydı. Otelin ses yalıtımı yoktu. Saat 3 e kadar yüksek sesle müzik çaldı. Bize 12 mekanın kapanacağı söylenmesine rağmen hiç bir değişiklik olmadı. Resepsiyonla her yarım saatte bir konuştuk. Hiçbir müdahalede bulunmadılar. Ellerinden birşey gelmediğini söylediler. Çok düşük bir puanı hakkediyorlar. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. "
