The place itself is beautiful and a paradise away from the hub bub of taxi stalls, markets and the energy of the city. The Hummingbird Cafe was delicious! We ate Tibetan foods everyday and loved each meal. We bought a beautiful artisan Tibetan picture frame from their mini store in the cafe. All proceeds go toward the Tibetan cultural and educational programs. Bravo Norbulingkha Institute, thank you. We adored our stay. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Echor Tree Mandara Village. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, great location and kind staff. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the restaurant was delicious. It also has a beautiful view of the mountains and Dharamshala. Highly recommended and will be staying again when back!"
