HOTEL R9 The Yard Kanoya
チェックインでの対応が新人さんだったみたいでかなりもたついてイライラしました。結局対応出来ずベテランさんにフォローを頼んでました。何とかチェックインを済み、泊まるコンテナに行って４桁の番号を押したら、教えてもらった番号を何度押しても開錠せず、結局スタッフさんが飛んで来て番号変更してやっとこさ入室。あまりうるさいこと言うとモラハラだののご時世なので言いたくはないがやはりそこはプロとしてしっかり対応して欲しいと思いました。ホテル自体 は快適に過ごせました。

great room - the suite was perfect for our little family with in suite laundry. breakfast on the rooftop was a nice start to the day. appreciated the thoughtful details and the design of the hotel as well.

The emails prior to checkin had conflicting information and I panicked as I did not receive a QR code. Checkin was slow since many travelers were checking in at the same time. But the use of washer/dryer made up for the stress.
