Breakfast was excellent.
Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The room thermostat would not allow a temperature below 68 so it was too hot for me to sleep well. The shower had awful water pressure. And the hot tub was not hot, maybe 88 degrees or so. Would not stay there again for the price it was.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and quiet. Exercise room had decent equipment but didn’t have towels/wipes to clean equipment.

We came to tour Arrowhead Stadium. This hotel was clean, beds were very comfortable. It's only about 10 minutes away from stadium.

Friendly staff. Rooms and common areas in good shape; comfortable beds.
Dislikes: ice machine not working on our floor(minor inconvenience only), AC unit not up to par, water pressure was very weak.
I stayed on reward points, so hard to really complain. Would recommend as "above average" and as expected. Still a fan of HIExpress in general.

We only stayed one night however it was perfect for our needs. We went to a concert a half mile down the street so it was very convenient. Would stay there again.

We were delighted with this hotel and plan to stay here next visit. The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially Karen. Breakfast was superb, with many excellent choices, and requests were promptly attended to. The mattress was a bit saggy - my spouse weighs 50% more than I do - but that was my only complaint. Love this hotel!

Location was ideal. We had several families staying in 6 rooms. Gathering in the lounge was very nice.
Fitness room had all the space and equipment we use.
Pool water was just too cold, but a nice facility.
Room 135 bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. One bed was heavenly, the other lumpy.

I do apologize you feel the location of the property is sketchy. We do everything we can to ensure the safety of our guests. Our guests safety is our number one priority. We hope you chose to stay with us and give us another chance. Thank you!
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We were there for the billy Joel concert that was held at the GEHA stadium. It cost $31 to Uber to the stadium and $65 to return. We liked the room setup. It was what we needed. Complimentary breakfast had nice options. Only issue was when we returned from the concert in wee hours of the morning unable to have a hot shower because the water would not get hot-it was barely warm. We were able to get hot showers at other times. Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

The air conditioner struggled to work. It was set at 68° but never cooled to more than 72°. The mattress on the bed I slept in was broken. There was a major hole that I slept in and was unable to move much during the night. Very uncomfortable.
However, the staff was the friendliest I have encountered in a long time and the hotel and room itself was very clean.
