"Me and my gf had booked a 1 bed room for our 3 year anniversary, not only has the room been above our expectations and exactly what we were wanting, but the lady at the front desk (who has been working at the front all day Thursday, I didn’t get her name!) has been the most helpful worker I think i’ve ever seen in any establishment. She kept very friendly conversation with us and seemed very happy about us having our 3 year at this hotel, and even invited us to the snack shop to help ourselves to what snacks and drinks were there. Me and my girlfriend both decided that if we wanna have a night in Kansas City again, we’re going though with you guys just because this worker lady was so friendly and welcoming. Thank you all for the experience!"

"Great price for facility / amenities. Easy check-in. Staff were friendly. Very clean. Only suggestion for guests is check in before parking. Parking lot is not near entrance and is a long walk. You get a parking pass so if you don’t check in first, you end up doing the walk 2x. "

"Be nice if heat was going before we went in room, but with prices today can understand why. Everything was excellent and staff very kind. We go there night before husbands cancer treatments at KU and feel very welcome. Breakfast we don’t do being husband has Gtube. "
