Great place. Owners are fantastic and go above and beyond to assist their guests. The breakfast was also excellent. Room was clean and spacious. Great access to the beach and only a few blocks from great restaurants. Thanks for helping make our stay in Crete memorable.

PERFECTION

Absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect , amazing location, very clean, new and modern. The front desk , Georgia was amazing, she gave us FANTASTIC advice on what beaches to visit and where to eat. The pool was very clean and inviting, breakfast was delicious! They really took care of their guests …100 percent recommend this hotel

Super hotel.

Great hotel, excellent location for beach, shops & restaurants. Lovely staff. Stayed in premier double room, which had kettle with tea/coffee. Situated on 2nd floor with large balcony overlooking pool. I thought the rooms on ground floor were less private. Adequate buffet breakfast. Parking close by. Would definitely stay again.

Really lovely hotel, room was brand new (i was the second guest to stay in it), spotlessly clean, lovely pool and loungers, beach a 30 second walk if that, and staff are lovely. Faultless Hotel. Also breakfast buffet had all basics like eggs, veggies, fruit (papaya off their own tree), cereals, yogurt etc and also lovely little Greek additions every day eg cakes, dakos, fritters

What an amazing hotel. Above all the staff at Relax are the best hosts. The hotel is new, 1 minute walk to beach. Has a great pool. I highly recommend booking a poolside room if available. It’s so convenient to Palaiochora center but not in the fray of the late night noise. This hotel exceeds all expectations I had by leaps and bounds.

Begonnen hat es mit einem herzlichen Empfang, geendet mit einem wehmütigen Abschied und dazwischen waren herrliche Tage. Trotz Regen und Wind konnten wir die Woche in Paleochora und im Relax Hotel voll genießen. Am Frühstücksbuffet wurde der Tag gestartet, super freundliche Unterstützung, bis 10:30 immer wieder nachgelegt. Obwohl das Buffet "nur" 2 Reihen hatte, war es mit Köstlichkeiten gefüllt und jeden Tag gab es etwas anderes dazu. Unser Zimmer war komfortabel - hier vielleicht der einzige Kritikpunkt: das Bett war etwas zu schmal, Kingsize ist hier 160 cm mit einer durchgehenden Matratze, daran mussten wir uns erst gewöhnen - das Bad modern und groß genug. Der Balkon Richtung Parkplatz wurde ohnehin nur für das Trocknen der Handtücher genutzt, von der Größe her hätte man dort aber auch sitzen und essen können. Pool und Fitnessraum haben wir nicht genutzt, sahen aber ansprechend aus. Wenn Paleochora wieder einmal auf unserem Reiseplan steht, ist das Relax Hotel sicher unsere erste Wahl!

Mooi net hotel met net appartement met erg kleine badkamer. Alleen hadden wij een appartement zonder zicht, we keken uit op hele grote haag dus was het niet aangenaam om er te zitten. Het zwembad was net maar erg koud. Het ontbijt was klein maar wel lekker, voor vers fruitsap diende je bij te betalen maar is een aanrader.

Super nah am Strand und der Innenstadt, sehr schöne Anlage mit Pool, Zimmer äußerst sauber, Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Trotz später Anreise war ein Check in noch möglich. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, jeden Tag eine neue Kleinigkeit zusätzlich

Dejligt med varieret komfort

Dejligt mindre hotel med pragtfuld morgenmad. Værelserne er af forskellig standard. Vores desværre med dårlig udsigt og meget smal altan. Søg for at få værelse med udsigt til haven / pool, og sørg for at få en bred altan eller terresse. Rengøringen på værelse var fin, men vi fik aldrig badeværelset gjort rent i den uge vi boede på hotellet. Affaldssortering er desværre et fremmedord på hotellet som så mange andre steder i Grækenland. Området er et pragtfuldt vandreparadis med mange små strande med ‘laid back’ stemningsfulde barer. Desværre har grækerne endnu ikke lært, at plastik er affald og ikke skal smides i naturen. Der sviner desværre forfærdeligt selv de mest naturskønne steder.

Entspannte Atmosphäre. Sehr nettes, familienfreundliches und flexibles Team! Auch die Inhaber selbst sind fast immer Vorort. Poolbereich ist wirklich sehr schön gestaltet und gut windgeschützt. Praktisch ist, dass man nur wenige Meter zum Strand aber auch in die Altstadt hat. Hotel bietet ein gutes Frühstück bis halb 11 (leider nur Filterkaffee).
