Our first time in Hawaii. Really enjoyed our stay at Napili Village Hotel. Room is spacious and well appointed. Has kitchenette with all amenities. Very clean and great housekeeping services. Loved sitting on the porch with sights and sounds of ocean and birds. Loved garden oasis with swimming pool. There is a coffee shop next to premises, super convenient. Napili Bay and beach are just steps away. Communication with office and check-in was seamless. Mahalo nui loa Kalei and Erwin for being great hosts. We had a great time!

Room was clean bed was comfortable the lady's that clean the rooms do a great job we left one day with some dishes in the sink and when we came back they even washed our dishes the place is older but feels much more like a home along with the full size fridge and stove also a sink and everything else you need to cook with and eat plates,cups,bowls, ect if we ever make it back to maui we will definitely be staying here again

Amazing stay, best value for the price you can get! The pool was basically private, and the staff was so, so nice and friendly! The room was clean upon arrival and cleaned every 2-3 days with fresh linens and towels. No problems with bugs or reptiles, AC was cold, shower pressure was good and water was hot (filtered cold, cool, and hot water available at the rec center too!), good Wi-Fi, ice machine was always full. Power and internet were out for a day; however, the staff was very communicative via text. 10/10 would recommend.

The inside was colorful, apartment type set up so it felt like home on vacation. Tons of lighting options inside. We got the garden view which was beautiful off the outside porch connected to our room. Intimate and quiet in September. The walk to the beach was perfect, only a jaunt away! All the flowers carefully planted around the exterior were pretty to look at and the pool had a side room to hang out at that was covered and filled with games and opportunity to bbq with their equipment. Lovely place to stay! We were blessed!

We loved how quiet everything was. Loved being so close to the beach. My husband usually has the television playing as he sleeps, so not having a tv he used he’s game console. That’s probably the only thing that was a downside.

If you are looking for a CLEAN, convenient place to stay, and do not need to overspend on a resort… this is your place. The king size bed was so comfortable and the twin day bed was great too! Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Maui!

It was our family's first time in Maui, and staying at Napili Village was overall wonderful. The location of this spot is great - it's a 1-2 minute walk to the entrance of Napili Bay. There is a delicious coffee shop/cafe and gear rental place steps from the front desk. There's a small market a 5-minute drive away. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. I think it's important to remember this is a simple accommodation. Everything is functional, but maybe could use a little sprucing. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Even so, the staff happily provided a huge stack of extra towels and pillows when we asked. We loved having a small kitchen and being steps from the pool. We would stay again and would recommend it to others!

Good location for this money. Room furniture old but well maintained some strange smells in a cabinets but after we used Laysol smells disappear. Good friendly staff,great bed and pillows.

Place was exactly what we expected, just like it was posted. Only had to deal with staff at check in and she was very helpful. Plenty of towels. Kind of weird.. no television. Got over that easily with our phones just for background noise.

We love our stay here. Location is the best. Walk to Kapalua Trail every morning. The beach is beautiful. The property is nice, kitchen are equipped with what you needed for everyday cooking. The property is clean, easy online check in process. The garden and the pool are also beautiful.

Loved on-site laundry at such a reasonable price. Love the outdoor Ohana room with its comfortable furniture.Beautiful garden setting the café next-door was very handy. The daybed in the living area was impossible to sit on, even with the pillows provided. More comfortable chairs in the living area would be appreciated.

A great location, and very comfortable beds but the property is outdated, there was no cleaning service for the whole week, and we had the same beach towels for the duration. There were roaches in the kitchen, we were woken a couple of times by the loudest possible leaf blower at 6am. Also, you have to hand wash your own dishes which is fine but the previous guests didn't do it well so our first meal was on somewhat dirty dishes. All in all it wasn't bad enough to ruin our vacation but it didn’t improve it any either.
