"We didn't receive the room that we booked. We asked the front desk, if we can have the room that we payed for. The told us to try and come the next day to see if we could have the room that we booked. Explained to them we have a disabled person. So we really needed that room. They offered us a shower chair. When they brought the chair, it was full with pee stains. Told the staff, that's not except able. They told us well that's the only one we had. The furniture had dry crusted stains on it. The sheets where stained. The shower had hair all in it. We made a complaint, and they told us to make things better we could have free parking. Well the hotel has free parking in the front. For the money we spent on the place. It is not worth it. "
