From the parking to checking in at the front desk and staff were very friendly and courteous even when we were leaving to go out for the day and coming back always smiling and acknowledging us which is a must when your in hospitality 💯 always!"

"We checked-in after 4pm and the cleaning lady was still not done cleaning the unit. Enjoyed our stay at the Villa but we had unexpected guests..roaches! Yes, we understand it's Hawaii and roaches are inevitable. Staff were friendly, check-in and check-out is smooth and simple. Location is perfect and convenient access to the beach and restaurants. Love assigned parking and guest parking for when family visited. Aloha & Mahalo"
