"Our visit can only be described as comical. We booked a room with a kitchen, never saw one. Apparently our booking had been taken when they were full. There were language barriers which contributed to our issues ok but we ended up in a room that was not fit for purpose. "This property is located on the beach, and is within walking distance of bars, cafes, restaurants, etc. it is clean, and seems to be brand new. The breakfast that is included is very generous and has a wide range of delicious options. Most of all, it is the warmness of the staff that make this the best choice on Avşan Island- they were friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. I highly recommend this place. "
