Pearl Continental Hotel Karachi

10/10 Excellent
"The hotel needs to invest significantly in upgrading the individual rooms, as several areas require attention. Considering the condition of the rooms, the overall experience does not justify the price charged per night. That said, all the staff members were very courteous, professional, and helpful. The breakfast was superb and definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The carpets throughout the hotel, including the Executive Floor, are very dirty and have numerous stains and spots. The bathrooms also need a complete renovation. In particular, the bathtubs feel outdated. These days, most hotels offer modern walk-in showers with glass doors, which would be a much better and more practical option. Overall, the staff and breakfast were excellent, but the hotel needs substantial investment in room and bathroom renovations to justify its current room rates."
