"This place is a dumpster. The guy in reception is a huge douche bag and a bit psyco. We got there and first impresion really dirty. We were tired asked for our rooms and he greet us with a smile. I said we have reservations, they were 2 rooms. He said but is 3 of you and only 1 reservation. His tone changed, he was very aggressive. We told him we have 2 rooms but he didnt want to check. Fortunately one of us had good internet and we were able to show that we had reserve 2 rooms. Then he said only one room ready. He made us wait. We have booked 2 bedrooms, each of one with a double bed. He gave us a room with a double bed and a room with 2 singles. The sink was broken, the shower didnt work, the whole thing was dirty, smelly pillows. We open the fridge and it smell like rotten. I couldnt sleep. I keep thinking bugs were crawling over me.
In the morning trying to shower the water was cold and then it leak through the shower into the bedroom.
Internet didnt work, the courtains let the street light in, there was noise all night and cigarrete smell all over the building.
This place is not a good partner for hotels.com
I would recommend to everyone thinking about staying here to avoid it. I am not picky and I had travel through lots of places and use all types of accomodations. This place would be the one I will never forget for being the worst I have ever stayed.

"This hotel was nice and strategically located one. Short distances to the historical places including Mount Nemrut. We enjoyed our stay even though it needs a little touch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They served good quality typical Turkish Breakfast. We will certainly consider to stay here when we visit the area next time. "
