"Nice property!"

"We had an 11:30 PM check-in, and unfortunately the experience went downhill from the start. The front desk associate provided keys but seemed distracted, as she was engaged in another conversation. After getting everyone settled and bringing our luggage upstairs, we discovered the key didn’t work. When I returned to the front desk, she casually stated that she had given the wrong key and already had a new one ready. It was frustrating that there was no effort to stop us before we went upstairs or to call and correct the mistake. Once we finally got into the room, the pullout sofa had no bedding, and there was none available in the room. We had to call down, and when items were brought up, they were still incomplete with no pillows provided. There was also a persistent beeping sound in the room. The solution offered was to run the dishwasher using dish soap she would bring. At midnight, running the dishwasher was not a reasonable fix. To make matters worse, the HVAC unit was extremely loud throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep. Overall, the experience was frustrating, poorly handled, and far from comfortable."

"We got the breakfast vouchers, and the food was amazing! The server, Chantel, was exceptional! The late night front desk woman was also amazing as well. We loved our room, it was very clean and convenient. The cleaning staff were really nice as well. I would stay there again."

"Had no soap in the shower. Had to ask for clean towels and wash clothes. Breakfast was way over priced. Was very disappointed. Our family was in town for a family emergency and the stay did not help."

"It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful and classy, but without pretense. The staff is professional and on top of it. The room I stayed in was gorgeous - clean, wonderful bed and sheets, quiet etc. Highly recommend this hotel!"
