"terrible check-in, I booked 2 economy rooms, and the staff tried to give me one economy condo stating that this is equal to two rooms, I refused, and then they gave me rooms without AC, then I pointed out to them it cleared say in the website that there is AC, finally they gave me 2 rooms, the bathroom ..."

"Von Anfang an war der Aufenthalt komisch. Obwohl meine Buchung konfirmiert war, wurde ich im Hotel überhaupt nicht erwartet. Der Manager hatte keine Ahnung über "Hotels.com".
