"Car park was down a lot of steps from hotel, every time you needed to get car out you had to ask security to come down and unlock the gate, which was a bit of a hassle but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The complex is about 4 hotels and it is a long walk between them and dining or reception along corridors, up and down steps, one nearly needs GPS. "This place is amazing and beautiful located right in the middle of the Karlovy Vary strip. Easily walkable to all destinations in the more touristy areas. A very large property with a kitchen, living room, 2.5 baths and a private bedroom. Great views from the apartment. I cannot recommend it enough. And the Manager Marco was very helpful and nice. "

"The position of the hotel is perfect, 2 min away from the center. However that is where our positive experience ended. We got the "apartment" not the "basic" rooms. As a result we where taken nicely to a adjected building via the trash corridor with the nice freezer that looked just like one of those you keep bodies in, in horror movies. The rest of the hallway, was doggy and odd. The floor above us was a bird toilet. Inside it was spacious but even when things was new it was bad. The shower...
