Situé en dehors du centre ville au calme. Accueil sympathique mais uniquement en Allemand ou Tchèque. Idem le lendemain avec une autre personne. Parking avec une dizaine de places. Sinon grand parking gratuit à côté mais pas sécurisé. Etablissement mignon,couleur locale mais rustique avec encore une vraie clé. Petit déjeuner buffet correct. Pas de change de devises.Incitation à payer en espèces. Le paiement par carte bancaire a été majoré de 50 couronnes (2€ env) pour 1 nuit.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war genau richtig für meine Unternehmungen am Wochenende, es war sehr gut zu finden, ein bewachter , abgeschlossener Parplatz, sehr gutes Frühstück, nettes Rezeptionspersonal, deutschspachig, sehr gute Busanbindung ins Zentrum,...schade im Bad gab es keine Heizung.. alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen !

Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, die vorbeiführende Straße ist etwas laut (bei geschlossenem Fenster aber kein Problem). Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, die Ausstattungs ist zwecksmäßig (nicht top modern). Für eine kurzen Aufenthalt aber kein Problem bei diesem Preis. Zimmer und Hotel waren sehr sauber, das Frühstücksbufett war größer als ich erwartet hatte in einem 3 Sterne Hotel.

Gepflegtes Hotel

Die Zimmer waren sauber, sowie das komplette Hotel. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Service. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker und wurde permanent aufgefüllt. Die Busstation war 20 Meter entfernt, zum Zentrum waren es 10 Minuten Fahrtzeit. Für 36 Kronen, hin und zurück. Wir hatten drei tolle Übernachtungen. Das Karlsbader Zentrum ist wunderschön. Ich kenne keine andere Stadt die vergleichbar so toll ist. Jeder Zeit wieder.

Nice hotel, if it wasn't for the hotel service. I went there with my best friend and one personel acted very angry as soon as we asked for anything. Refused to help out with information and had an overall bad attitude. The whole stay was definitly destroyed just because we couldn't relax because of her. We did not feel welcome at all despite that everyone else was nice.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were very helpful. Not a luxury hotel but a good value for the money. (The towels though were rough, as if they were air dried, a little time in a dryer would be nice) The only concern, and surprise was that in order to keep our reservation we had to arrive by 7PM. There was no one at the desk after 7PM! This was not mentioned and had we not called ahead we would have been unable to stay at this hotel. Overall, we would recommend this hotel but ... make sure you arrive by 7PM!

Ein sehr gutes Hotel

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gefahlen. Das Zimmer war gross, hell, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Zum Frühstück hat jeder von meiner Familie was leckeres gefunden. Für meine Frau hat Personal Tee gefunden welher nicht im Menü stand. Parkplatz ist im Preis inklusive. Das Zentrum kann man zu Fuß in 15 Min oder mit dem Bus für 1 Euro pro Person erreichen. Die Haltestelle befindet sich in der nähe.
