酒店地點方便購物步行。酒店門口係行車路，剛夠2部巴士同時對行。駕車落行李時會影響交通。酒店泊車，我就由服務員帶領，駕車上酒店後山指定停車位泊，再經天橋行去酒店5樓後面入口返酒店。

ein schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Sehr schönes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Personal freundlich. Peinlich, wenn bei Bezahlung der Kurtaxe kein Wechselgeld vorhanden. Ärgerlich, dass die Kunstgalerie von Karlsbad -entgegen der Angaben im Internet - nicht geöffnet war. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Very nice hotel in good location

The hotel is a small, but nice hotel in a great location. The rooms are quiet, clean and nice. The hotel's team was very nice and happy to help with many different questions.

Das Hotel einfach traumhaft ! Das Personal sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit ! Das Zimmer war sehr Gross und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet! NUR ZWEI SACHEN hat mich sehr genervt : Wlan im Zimmer war einfach katastrophal.. man muss ständig wieder und wieder neue anmelden.. keine gute und starke Signal! und die zweite minus Punkt für Das TV Programm ! kein Grosse Auswahl auf TV Sender ! Ich hoffe, dass bei meinem nächsten Besuch, alles in ordnung wird ! Sonnst alles top !

Tolle Lage und sehr idyllisch.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel, mit perfekter Lage. Wenn viel los ist, können die Parkplätze knapp werden, falls man mit dem Auto anreist.Frühstück in den alten Räumen hat tolle Atmosphäre.

Very nice, centrally located

I enjoyed my recent stay at the Hotel Embassy. It's conveniently located within walking distance to all the key sites to see in the center of Karlovy Vary. The room was very comfortable and staff were pleasant. The entrance way is a bit worn and dated, but otherwise, it's a very nice and clean hotel. I found the mattress in my room to very firm and a bit uncomfortable. The bedding was nice. I also had a massage there which was one of the best I've had.

Great location with an even greater staff.

Our room was very clean and very large. We overlooked the river with great views along the main shopping district. The manager Vlad, was very attentive to our needs and was a pleasure to deal with. All staff members were very friendly and helpful, suggesting best places to buy crystal.
