"Great hotel in a quiet location away from the tourist spots, but accessible within minutes via stairs or an elevator. The included spa amenities were fantastic! The cozy bar and lounge was nice to have after a day out exploring. Warm and hospitable. Everyone there was extremely helpful with all our needs and questions. Would stay there again! "

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very nice !we enjoyed the spa and the room, but We had one problem in the room The AC wasn’t working and they sent us somebody to fix it but he couldn’t. When we ask for another room the lady said it was full and her solution to the AC problem was to open the window. We were very disappointed and couldn’t sleep because of the noise outside. Beautiful hotel but no AC."

"If you enjoy a Finnish style sauna and spa, and German style breakfast, this is the place for you. A few cultural differences like charging your cc before you arrive (told to qualify our "credit worthiness" ..) and not allowing our 1 year old baby boy to sleep in a large bed between us (a hotel policy we were told).. the staff were professional but did not make us feel like we were welcome to return. Too bad really. The property is charming, historical and quaint. Check closely if you are going...

"Room is spacious and clean, with view of the St Peter and St Paul cathedral. Spa access is included in the room rate. The breakfast was good. The only thing I don't like so much as that the sauna ends at 8pm, too early for tourists."
